Transparent squid (ipf)

Looks ok for me

checking if IP-Filter header files are installed... yes

Do you have all your ipfilter stuff there ?

Perhaps blow away the directory and re-cvsup

e.g.
mv /usr/ports/www/squid /usr/ports/www/squid.old

re-cvsup

There are quite a few patches involved for this port. Perhaps there are 
some stale items there.
