Looks like what happens here is that Xorg selects the Rage chip
as the primary framebuffer and then tries to use it with its
sunffb(4) driver which obviously won't work.
Adding the following to the "Device" section of the Creator
card should solve this:
	BusID       "SBUS:fb0"
I.e. as a whole this should look like:
Section "Device"
	Identifier  "Card0"
	Driver      "sunffb"
	BusID       "SBUS:fb0"
	VendorName  "SUN"
	BoardName   "Sun Creator"
