getty: open /dev/ttyu0: No such file or directory

The ttys file had been that way for a while but the behavior of the
init process had masked it.  Last week the behavior of init was
changed slightly, and unmasked this problem.

I committed a change to the ttys file in HEAD last night and will
MFC it in 3 days.  Thanks for pointing this out though.
