And how you're planing to fix syscall arguments race?
There is probably race in file names, but I'm not sure of this one.

Niels implemented look-aside-buffer to avoid arguments races by hacking
copyin(9)/copyout(9).

CerbNG is already free of those races and it's still kld module.
