cam_periph_error and bootverbose

I am curious why in cam_periph_error() most errors are reported only under
bootverbose (including such as CAM_UNCOR_PARITY, CAM_DATA_RUN_ERR).
Is it, perhaps, because the errors are expected to be reported by SIM drivers?
Or for some other reason?

Those errors/conditions look like pretty serious (although maybe transient) ones
and, IMO, it would be incorrect to let them be unnoticed.
