iscsi_initiator 2.2.2 slow to write and read

hi Liu Jiansong,
	The tag opening is too concervative, increase its value.
You can do it by changing it in the config file, or via 
camcontrol tags da0 -N32
	-this will not be remembered after reboot!-, 
try different values till you don't see any speedup.
