Kernel quirk *needed* for FreeDik USB Mini Data Drive

Uncommitted kernel quirk  for FreeDik USB Mini Data Drive  does not work
any  more after  changes  to cam/scsi/scsi_da.c.   The  quirk is  needed
because the  device does not seem  to support the «  Synchronize Cache »
command.
