Update plan for Mechanize-2.1

Hi, Steve

Thank you for your response.

I'm FreeBSD committer(sanpei at FreeBSD.org)

Now I'm trying update Mechanize ports to 2.1 and create new ports
(domain_name and ntlm-http).

If someone already done, please let me to know.
