I?m looking at doing a sort of Kiosk application that needs some I/O controlled with 1-10msec precision while displaying images/movies, and communicating over a GPRS modem to a central site. Any relevant pointers would be appreciated. The hardware platform will most likely be a VIA Eden based SBC or commercial motherboard.
