opensmtpd: procmail: not found

Is procmail actually installed, for locate database could be old and
thus whereis would be lying? What is the output of ...

  # whereis procmail | xargs ls -l

... ?

> # tail /var/log/maillog

Another possibility is that some command actually run by procmail is
missing.
