Flow Charting Program

I personally like Lucidchart because it's a chrome (and possibly other 
browswers?) plugin.  Therefore it runs on anything that chrome runs on.  It 
also seems to handle visio files better than anything else I've ever seen.

LibreOffice Draw is supposed to support some of that kind of thing:
