CPU temperature rise after upgrade

I moved the thread to the xll list.  For anyone not following that list
and encountering this issue, Henry Hu suggested drm.i915.enable_rc6=7 in
/boot/loader.conf.  It's been about an hour, but the idle CPU
temperature is about 30 C lower now.
