I guess you are mixing ports and packages. On the one hand, your ports 
tree has been updated (portsnap fetch update?), and so your package 
INDEX. On the other hand, the pkg repositories have not been updated yet 
with the new versions of these ports. If these assumptions are true, the 
above results are normal.
