10.0-RELEASE and virtualbox-ose

Hey All,
Noticed that virtualbox-ose is not available in the pkg repo for
10.0-RELASE-amd64.  Tried building port locally and am getting this
error:

I see this recent PR:

but this looks like a separate issue.  Anyone else see this issue or
have any other insight before i open a new PR?
