The packages available from pkg.freebsd.org are all compiled with the
default options settings.  If you want different then you're probably
going to have to compile your own, at least for the foreseeable future.

By 'compile you own' I mean 'install from ports' either with or without
the use of something like portmaster(8), or else set up your own package
repository, for which poudriere(8) is the recommended solution nowadays.
