It should be there, but if there were problems with one of the
dependencies, then the phpmyadmin package might not appear in that
week's set of packages.

Unfortunately there's no publicly accessible site with the results of
the pkg building process at the moment.  I think something along those
lines is planned, but obviously that's doesn't do much to help with your
current problems.

(Builds fine in my own private poudriere setup though...)
