I'm sorry if I confused anyone or anything.
When I said "atapicam" I probably should have said "ATA_CAM".
But as far as I know, both of those terms refer to the same thing, i.e.
the "CAM" subsystem and how it interacts with ATA/ATAPI devices to make
thme look more like SCSI devices.
