I said this already: the /etc/ppp/ppp.conf file you are using is
completely broken and the log matches this;

what should these AT cmds do in the section of 3g:

3g:
set device /dev/cuaU0
set speed 38400
set ifaddr 10.0.0.1/0 10.0.0.2/0 255.255.255.255 0.0.0.0
add default HISADDR
term
AT+CFUN=1
AT+CGDCONT=1,"IP","www.plusgsm.pl"
