Actually, did, but missed it.  I know I had the spelling right because I was flooded with "gaRmin" results and had to check.  I'll go hide in the corner now...

It's also an option at build time.  Or at least it shows up there:
 [*] GAM_POLLER  Use gamin's poller instead of kqueue's
