Out of curiosity, I haven't seen Courier mentioned as an option for
some time.  I've use it for some time and have been satisfied.  Maybe
I'm obsolete;  I use it with ldap, spamassassin, and spamd.  Unless
someone shares info as to why it isn't a good option, maybe you should
consider it.
