I found my mistake. Now it worked.
in /usr/src/sys/dev/usb/usbdevs added
product DLINK DWA125 0x3c1e DWA-125
in /usr/src/sys/dev/usb/usbdevs added
RUN_DEV(DLINK, DWA125),
and then
cd /usr/src/sys/modules/usb/run
make
