firefox4 not starting

I upgraded from firefox3.6 to firefox4.0 and now it won't start even
after doing a: rm -rf ~/.mozilla (I saved my profile).

I set -x on the firefox shell script and this is the output:

That all looks kosher to me. Anybody run into the same problem and
fixed it?
