syslog and chrooted isc-dhcpd

Thanks a lot! Now I'm getting logs with syslogd_flags.

Just to confirm - is it normal that they don't come with local7 facility 
(as set up in dhcpd.conf) but I need to do

!dhcpd
*.*   /var/log/dhcpd.log

in my syslogd configuration file?
