freebsd ARP problem

Hi, all.

I delete IP address from one server and add it to this one.
But connection is not up, because of remote server (77.93.52.9)
ask IP and notice MAC in whe-has frame.

15:39:46.540277 ARP, Request who-has 77.93.52.10 (00:1b:21:45:da:b8) tell 77.93.52.9, length 46
        0x0000:  001b 2145 dab8 0006 d602 e0c0 0806 0001  ..!E............

Must freebsd replay to this who-has packet with
ARP, Reply 77.93.52.10 is at ....
 or it must it ignore, becase of 00:1b:21:45:da:b8 is not its MAC address?
