tcsh(1) does command line completion etc. etc. at least as well as
bash(1) and sometimes arguably better (IMHO).
Try adding:
set autocorrect
set autoexpand
set autolist
set matchbeep = nomatch
to your .tcshrc -- there are plenty more variables to tweak behaviour
with documented in the manual.
