iwi and wlan-cloning

Do you actually have spaces between the names and values?

Try

wlans_iwi0="wlan0"
ifconfig_wlan0="WPA DHCP"

I don't think this is required due to the 'WPA' in the ifconfig parameters:

wpa_supplicant_enable="YES"
