Link to File for JDK16 tzupdater-1_3_21-2009p.zip

Been trying to install /usr/ports/java/jdk16 and get an error stating
need to place "tzupdater-1_3_21-2009p.zip" into
/usr/ports/distfiles... have gone to sun and file is no longer there,
and have searched internet for it but to no avail.

Does someone have link where I can download the file? or can someone
email me the file?
