Please run the other commands in my email to move those now-obsolete
patch files out of the way:

mkdir /usr/ports/devel/pecl-APC/files/save-patches
mv /usr/ports/devel/pecl-APC/files/patch-*  \
    /usr/ports/devel/pecl-APC/files/save-patches
