Wireless Woes (NDIS, WPA2)

Hi All:

I'm trying to get wireless working on a laptop. It works fine as long as no
encryption is used, but if I try to use either WEP or WPA2, I ueem to always
wind up with 

Status: No Carrier

Any help greatly appreciated.
