Can not set up two ADSL link to provider

Talk to your ISP.  :-)

I find it perhaps unusual that you would be in a circumstance which is  
well-suited for link aggregation and would gain from the higher  
bandwidth and redundancy advantages which it offers, but do not want  
to do so.  Well, you know your circumstances best....
