Problem upgrading linux-pango to f10

I've tried to upgrade my Linux subsystem to f10 and ended up with a mess. Some are upgraded and some aren't. Pango is currently refusing to upgrade. Here's what I get:

The error is so unspecific and I can't find anything searching the internet. I could really use some help with this.
