Mount dump0 as ISO9660 filesystem?

I have never heard of this.
You can put a dump in an ISO, but I don't think a dump is directly
mountable.  I think you have to create the ISO with the normal
makeiso.   Then, it might be mountable.

But, I could be wrong.
