What flash players should be used from ports?

Hi,

I'd like to finally get a flashplayer installed for use with Firefox.  Which
one should I use from the ports system?  I found this one that looks
promising:

/usr/ports/www/flashplugin-mozilla

Is the recommended one, or should I choose another?
