Can't get soundcard to work

Thanks for the help. I'm running FreeBSD 7-1 BETA. From what I can tell
my card should be supported. "cat dmesg > /dev/dsp" did give me sound
the first time. Any thoughts on how to troubleshoot this would be
welcome.
