portupgrade failure

So, I recently upgraded from 5.5 to 6.3, and as such, ran a portupgrade -fa
to rebuild my ports against 6.3.

I just noticed this.

===>  Cleaning for ruby-1.8.6.287,1

Any idea what would cause this?

Thanks,
Mike
