KDE doesn't switch between keyboard layouts in FreeBSD

I already have similar line: Switch to Next Keyboard 
Layout=default(Alt+Ctrl+K)
And it witches English->Cyrillic, but when I press it the second time it 
only beeps and doesn't switch.
