Which jdk port should I use?

The diablo-jdk is a build dependancy for the jdk15 port. Once the
jdk15 port has been installed you can safely remove the diablo-jdk.
IIRC, the diablo-jdk on FreeBSD-7 also has a run-dependancy on
misc/compat6 port.
