Tough.
I'd probably configure the interface as "WPA inet 127.0.0.2 netmask 255.0.0.0"
and then put a script in /usr/local/etc/rc.d that would read out the BSSID
and make it's descision accordingly.

Problem with today's modular software: they start with the modules
and never get to the software part.
