Thank you again, Mel.

I could not find BIOS has an "Enhanced" or "AHCI" setting for the disk
controllers.
Also attached please find the booting message without serial enabled
and with serial enabled.
(The kernel configuration file is the original GENERIC for FBSD7 amd64)
