Segmentation fault: _pthread_mutex_init_calloc_cb()

Hi all

When my C program executing exit(EX_OK); I get following error message in ddd:
Program received signal SIGSEGV, Segmentation fault.
0x28102600 in _pthread_mutex_init_calloc_cb () from /lib/libc.so.7

I'm running FreeBSD 7.0 on i386.

I noted I got this issue after I introduced a code section with strsep. I'm not sure whether there is anything to do with strsep, ddd shows strsep works well.

Any idea what is wrong?
