Look at /boot/defaults/loader.conf for the following:

#beastie_disable="NO"           # Turn the beastie boot menu on and off
#loader_logo="fbsdbw"           # Desired logo: fbsdbw, beastiebw, beastie, none

As always, put your overrides in /boot/loader.conf and leave the defaults
alone.
