CUPS and Gnome

I am using CUPS and when I click the "Print" button in gedit and
gnumeric the application immediately terminates. In abiword, I get a
blank sheet of paper. Printing is working fine in firefox, gvim, and lpr.

I did "truss gedit" and it ended with:

All of my ports are up to date.

Any ideas?

Thanks,
Jason
