     It most likely will work because the server will detect the address
correctly when allowed to (see the RADEON warning message above).  You
apparently specified the wrong address in the BusID line, which resulted in
the "No devices detected." error message above.  Stop giving it the wrong
address.  Just remove the BusID line, and try it, for goodness's sake.
