SCHED_4BSD in RELENG_7 disturbs workflow

I've got the same problem on 7.0-PRERELEASE/i386. Audio players
scatter when the machine is loaded. On 6.2 it worked fine (with Xorg
7.3 too). With SCHED_ULE it is a lot better.
