OT: Procmail not recognising /etc/procmailrc?

As with most FreeBSD ports, procmail on FreeBSD looks under 
/usr/local/etc for its configuration information. Just use that path 
instead of /etc in any  non-FreeBSD documentation you encounter and you 
should be fine.
