Installing ports to /usr

just make /usr and /usr/local on the freebsd box different partitions.
(otional)

Then mount it as
mount -t nfs feebsd-host:/usr/local /usr/local/freebsd

and add /usr/local/freebsd/{sbin,bin} to the $PATH
