Missing perl module is messing everything up

I looked for such a port and couldn't find one. Maybe
I searched for parser with a lowercase p. It was
already installed, but I forced a reinstall and I
think it's working now. I'm not sure why "portupgrade
-fRra" didn't reinstall it. Thanks.
