Problem with automake upgrade

Hello,
I am trying to upgrade autoconf from 1.9.6_1 to 1.9.6_2 and I am
facing a problem :

I have followed the indication provided in /usr/ports/UPDATING

But as the first steps (portupgrade -f) gives the error reported before…
I don't know what to do…
Any help will be very apreciated.
