The error indicate your Array had failed. Replace the bad drive and let Promise rebuild is one way. Promise RAID card does automatic rebuild after an array failure.

Usually why you boot up the server, Promise BIOS will say whether the Array is FUNCTIONAL or FAILURE.

You can also temporarily go to single mode and mount the drives manually with ar1 instead of ar0
