'/usr/local/etc/rc.d/squid stop' problem

You was right. There was 'Waiting 30 seconds for active connections to  
finish' in cache.log. I've made 'shutdown_lifetime 5 seconds' in  
squid.conf too. Squid is shutting down faster now. Thanks a lot!
